Ten Years Later Meme
How it Works:
1. Post with your character and how they've changed in ten years time. What's happened to them? Did they marry and have kids? Did they become an Auror? Did they die? Did they come back to Hogwarts to teach? The possibilities are endless!
HARD MODE: Good End and Bad End. Post with your characters Good End and Bad End.
2. Others reply to your characters and just roll with it. Are you still friends? Have you become enemies? (If you're going with Good and Bad End, be sure to specify which one you're playing out.)
3. HAVE FUN WITH IT.
4. (Also, no wank. Come on, it's a fun meme.)
If you need examples of what to do, check another example here.

Aw yeah, time for some feels
[Loki was not surprised to see his brother, in fact he had pretty much counted on it. A stranger was harder to manipulate, so many observations had to be made, but his brother, well he'd been doing that for years.
He ignored the comment on his health. He was aware of the dark circles under his eyes, and the weight loss that showed in his face, but things had to be sacrificed.]
Thor, you finally look like the knight in shining armor everyone always thought you were. How does it feel to finally live up to all of Odin's expectations?
/sobs grossly
Appearances only serve so much of a purpose. [He stoops his head a little as Loki mentions his Father. Though wizards age remarkably well, the stress of this situation had taken its toll on the older man. He was not in good health either, and it worried Thor to see him so weak]
If I have done you wrong, Loki, you need only tell me. If it's something I could have prevented, I should like to know....You know I would listen. Instead. You brought innocent lives into the quarrels of family. Please, Brother, explain your actions to me. I was never truly able to keep up with your plottings, but this.... this is beyond mere trickery.

[Loki watches as Thor's emotions flitted across his face. Always the open book.
He laughs. Not the happy cackle of his youth, but an empty, hollow sound.]
I knew you were full of yourself, but are you truly that vain? All this [He gestures to the debris surrounding them] has nothing to do with you. This is for the greater good! Under my rule wizards and muggles will live side by side in peace. No more secrets. We will benefit from each other and finally live in a perfect world!
Oh my god /downloads
He steps forward, trying not to appear at all intimidating in the action. He doesn't want to harm Loki, he wants to save him.]
This didn't happen over night, brother. Something in you has changed. You cannot force peace through destruction, that much is common knowledge.
[He's trying so hard to be formal, but he's wilting.]
This needs to end, Loki. Come home.

[Loki laughs again at Thor's silly sentimentality and simplistic thinking. He hasn't changed at all, still arrogant, still wears his hear on his sleeve, still so easy to bend. All he did was laugh and Thor fell apart. It almost took the fun out of all this.
Almost.]
To build something new one must first destroy the old. It is the sad truth of our existence. This is only collateral damage on the way to something better, happier.
And I'd love to come home, Thor. But you see, I don't have one.
[He draws his wand] Now fight me.

As long as I am still living, you will always have a home, brother. With Mother, Father and I. Together. [He sighs loudly, not understanding the situation at all.] Is that not enough for you!?
[He hesitates as Loki draws his wand. He knows that a binding charm would be the quickest solution, but the challenge is too tempting for him, as Loki should know.]
I will fight you. I will win and I will throw you over my shoulder and take you home where you belong.

Fool. [Loki wastes no time, aiming a Conjunctivitus Curse right at Thor's face]
I have no mother, or father or brother. I never did.
no subject
You have and always will be my brother, Loki! Why can't you see that?!
no subject
[Loki grimaces. Talking instead of fighting? Thor must have lost his touch. He could just finish him off here and now, but...something stops him. He wants a fight. It isn't fair- no, its no fun if Thor doesn't fight back]
Did they not teach you how to deflect a simple curse in your Auror training? No wonder this has been easy so far.
[Loki cast a jelly legs jinx]

Petrificus Totalus
[He flicks his wand in the direction of the other, inwardly begging for the body binding curse to take effect.]
no subject
[He easily deflects the spell.]
Oh, there we go! Here I was beginning to think they'd let just anyone become an Auror. Glad to see you can perform basic spells! Confringo

An auror does not only have strength of wand and mind. [He flicks his wand, aiming a non fatal lightning curse at his brother] Magna Tonitrus.
It requires strength of heart.
no subject
Of course it does.
[Loki turns over, but does not get up. He fires another Conjunctivitus Curse at Thor.]
no subject
[He's quick to deflect that curse, his eyes have suffered enough. He whips his wand through the air at his brother.]
Expelliarmus!

I would make you angry,Thor? [He slowly stands up, his hands above his head in a gesture of submission.] And then what? You break all the oaths you took as an Auror and carry me home to Odin? [He spits out the word 'home' like it is bitter poison in this mouth, and says Odin's name with much the same inflection]

Maybe there are some who would look down on me for choosing to rescue my Brother rather than having him suffer the perils of Azkaban. However, it would be much more of a disgrace if I was forever known as the man who did not give his brother a second chance.
[Nod.]
You will come home. Where you belong. And you will be thankful for it.

He bowed his head.]
Of course. I know when I'm beat. [He looked up and his eyes were rimmed with tears. His face held a truly broken look] Imprisonment under the rule of those who have nothing but contempt for me if far more preferable than the Dementors.
no subject
You will be safer with us, brother. Much safer. Do you understand the sacrifices our family is willing to make for the good of your protection? [He takes a step closer, reaching out to place a heavy hand on Loki's shoulder.]
Come, Loki. It's time to put away this childishness and begin again.

In one fluid movement Loki unsheathed a small throwing dagger hidden at his belt and drove it into Thor's side where the armor did not protect him. It was shallow, as the blade was short, and in a non-vital area, so Thor would easily heal, but the potion it had been tiped in caused temporary paralysis. Humiliation, Loki decided, was far worse than death in Thor's case.]
I will be no one's prisoner. [ He pushed Thor away and strode over to retrieve his wand]

The blade hurts. It's a cold, foreful shock to his side followed by fierce hot pain. However, no amount of physical pain could be likened to the wrenching sensation in his chest. The sting of betrayal cut deeper than any knife could hope to.
He takes a shuddery breath as he drops to his knees, his weight causing him to slump to the ground.
He cannot speak, but his eyes burn with the hurt and anger he feels. All of those emotions are directed at Loki as he watches him stride away.]

Until next time.
[His sickly smirk is engulfed in green flames. The small army of statues he brought with him fall lifeless through out the ministry the moment he has left. All if safe, for now.]
